Kramo means order.
Kramo (derived from Sanskrit क्रम, krama) stands for order and sequence. India's unorganised B2B trade, real money moving through shops, yards, godowns and mandis, runs on memory and paper. We bring it order, in the language it already speaks.
The Genesis
Sawdust, paper slips, and a family ledger.
Kramo didn't start in a lab. It started at home. We grew up watching owners handle serious volume with a paper register, a calculator, and memory.
Sharp businessmen, running real money, with no live picture of their own dues or stock. We saw the same friction everywhere: owners shouting dimensions and rates to helpers, and scratching transactions on scraps or loose paper slips.
Trade moves by voice
Business on the floor is spoken: “Fifty pieces commercial ply, four fifty a sheet.” A size, a rate, a quantity, said out loud. We built Kramo's engine to understand that sentence, not to force owners into forms.
Keyboard friction
Every software we saw asked owners to search dropdowns and type names. On a fast-moving shop floor, that friction is why digital adoption dies.
Why voice
Nothing to learn. That's the product.
An owner's hands are full, and the day moves fast. The trade already runs on spoken numbers, a size, a rate, a name, said out loud across a stack of goods, in Hindi, English, whatever language the sale happened in.
So Kramo asks nothing new of him. Say the entry the way you'd say it to your munim, or tap it in, in seconds either way. The books, the bill, the stock and the dues take care of themselves. If it needs a training manual, it isn't Kramo.

Everything you record in Kramo belongs to you. Your books are encrypted, visible only to you and the people you authorise, and never sold, shared, or mined.

The pilot

We're proving Kramo where we know the floor best: our first pilot businesses in Mumbai's timber and building-materials trade are running it today. The rollout grows from there.
