Respect the floor speed
Workers on the floor carry heavy loads and move fast. Voice and tap are both faster than forms. That's the bar.
Zero technical training
If our software requires training manuals or onboarding seminars, we have failed. If they can send a WhatsApp voice note, they can use Kramo.

Local-first stability
Connectivity drops constantly on the godown floor. Kramo works fully offline, queueing operations locally and syncing them in order when the network returns.
